This course introduces the fundamental principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), a programming paradigm based on the concept of objects that combine data and behavior. Students learn how to design, implement, and test software systems using OOP concepts, with a focus on the Java programming language.
The course covers the core concepts of OOP, including classes and objects, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction. It also introduces constructors, methods, access modifiers, and packages. Students gain practical experience in writing and executing object-oriented programs, understanding the Java execution model, and applying best practices in software design.
By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze problems, model them using object-oriented concepts, and develop modular, reusable, and maintainable applications
